Attars are concentrated oils, so a little goes a long way. Apply to pulse points — wrists, behind the ears, the base of the throat — where body heat gently diffuses the scent.

Never rub your wrists together; it bruises the top notes and shortens longevity. Dab, don't drag. For clothing, a single touch to a collar or scarf can carry a scent for days, but test on a hidden area first as pure oils can stain delicate fabrics.

Store your attar away from direct sunlight and heat to preserve its character. A well-kept oud or musk only deepens with time.
